Unwind before you go to bed.

Give yourself time to unwind before you go to bed. Try to make time for an evening routine where you do things that help you relax, such as reading or listening to music. 

Why it helps:
When you unwind, your body goes into a rest and digest mode. This helps you fall asleep faster and improve the quality of your sleep, among other things.
